Summer Program 2026
Tonic Recording Studios is proud to offer an immersive Summer Program running from June 1st through August 31st, designed for aspiring artists, producers, and creatives ready to explore music production, recording, and sound engineering. Whether you’re just getting started or looking to sharpen your skills, this hands-on experience provides real insight into a professional studio environment.
Participants will work directly in a fully equipped recording studio, learning the fundamentals of recording, mixing, and production. From vocal tracking and beat creation to understanding studio equipment and workflow, students will gain practical, real-world knowledge guided by experienced professionals.
Beyond technical skills, the program emphasizes creativity, collaboration, and confidence. Students will create their own projects, work with real clients, collaborate with peers, and leave with polished work that reflects their growth.
Program Timeline
Phase 1: Foundations (Weeks 1–3)
Students are introduced to the studio environment, equipment, and basic concepts.

Phase 2: Skill Development (Weeks 4–6)

As an intern, you won’t just observe—you’ll be part of the process. From assisting with recording sessions and studio setup to learning the fundamentals of audio engineering, mixing, and production, interns gain practical, real-time experience that goes beyond the classroom.
In addition to music production, interested interns can be introduced to film and media sound production, including sound design, dialogue editing, and audio for visual content. This provides a broader understanding of how audio is applied across multiple creative industries.
Working alongside experienced professionals, you’ll develop both technical skills and a deeper understanding of studio workflow, client interaction, and creative collaboration.
